If the number of company members exceeds 6, please download and fill out the application form (applicable to more than 6 shareholders or directors) and email it to cs@acaccountinghk.com.
Note 1: A single director cannot also hold the position of company secretary. For detailed information on the functions and statutory responsibilities of a company secretary, please visit the Company Secretary Services introduction page.
Note 2: In accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 of the “Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance,” our company will conduct due diligence on clients through face-to-face meetings or video calls, and keep relevant records confidentially stored.
